Could you create a floating table that popped up upon login of your website, that I could keep handy for making notes of things that I want to respond to? In fact, you could make it so that I could just make the notes, and then elect by drop-down which post to respond it to, and then at the bottom there will be a "submit" button, and it will just post it to all the appropriate posts according to a "keyword recognition" that you will design as well.
